Do you have a brother named David Christman? We were neighbors of Kim and David in Lake Bluff, Ill many years ago and lost touch after they divorced. We saw Dave only once after that. Anyway we were very fond of him and have wondered where he is.

    • ToryMagoo44 says:

      Ann,
Yes! I do have a brother named David Christman. He’s been traveling around the world ever since he left Lake Bluff. Here’s his Facebook nick:
David DjChicago Christman. Hope you can get in touch :) Lots of love to you :) Tory

    • ToryMagoo44 says:

Oh My Gaaaaaaawd! Yes! I have a brother, David Christman. He now lives over seas…he left after their divorce and has lived over seas ever since, quite happily.
He had a son at age 50 and is now a DJ: “Chicago Dave”. Lots of love to you..I’ll try to pass your message on. Hugs :) Tory

Thank you for mentioning this. The people of Anonymous who are fighting to expose the abuses of
the “church” of $cientology are very much as you describe them. Someone early on explained it to
        me like this:
“We are not hacking. Think of it as if you were getting on a bus, and 300 people hopped on before you.
        That’s all we did”.

Also, think of Anonymous as a Large ball or circle. One slice of it is “Chanology” which are those who
help expose the abuses of C of $.

Lots of love to you :)
        Tory/Magoo

        • yome says:

          I’m with you Magoo!
Anonymous is playing a much bigger game. Ethics in on the planet, love it.
Chanology will get Scientology’s ethics in.

    Hi Tory

I once met you amd went to a protest with you…several years ago.
Took a break from keeping up on cos stuff. Got other fish to fry…but….The Rinder thing blew my mind. You have been a big part in exposing the abuse that is COS …i admire your tenacity and dedication in this fight.

Hope you are doing well…and God Bless.

Thank you for speaking out about Scientology. What you do is so very important. If it weren’t for the Time magazine article that came out in the ’90s, I might have well joined Scientology, as I was a high school when I lost faith in the religion in which I was raised and was looking for something else. I was interested in Scientology, but that article made me cease looking into Scientology as a possible belief system.

By speaking out, you can help prevent people from getting people caught up into this.

  6. matt says:

    Dear Tory
A big gay hug from London! I hope you are well! I love your video’s. My boyfriend and I are both big fans of yours.

If you ever come to the UK and have a free evening – we would love to give you the London gay tour! Hotpants optional!

Okay – we had two quick questions:
Do you think you could do one video on your thoughts on Scientology in the UK. I don’t think I have seen you mention that you have ever been at Saint Hill but there is a lot of history here with Saint Hill Manor and fitzroy house http://www.fitzroyhouse.org

Secondly, as you talk to people – is there any news on Heber Jentszc? Sorry my spelling is bad! He seems to have dissapeared.

I really hope you get a chance to answer these in a future clip!

    Lots of love
    Matt

    :)

    • Tory/Magoo says:

      Hi Matt :)

I’d **love** to return to London–we has SO much fun when we went,
before. The only thing stopping *me* is $$$ at this point. IF I can, for sure
      I’ll contact you :)
I thought I had made a video about St Hill and Anonymous as we
went there…but I can do it again. I don’t know a lot about it–can you sent me some key points you’d like mentioned? (Please send me a PM to my YT site—easiest way).
Re Heber–that name IS hard to remember how to spell it, so no problem.
I’m sorry I do not know where he is…but we’re looking, too. I believe a missing person report has been filed on him.
      My love to you :)

  7. Robert says:

    Dear Tory,

Thank you for standing up and speaking out about the dangers of $cientology. I was never a member of the cult, but I could well have ended up joining. At the time I encountered it, I was on my out from the religion in which I was raised, and was sort of desperate for something to regain some sense of stability. I was very young then and still a teenager.

I read Hubbard’s Dianetics and was very interested. I even did the Self Analysis book, which I sort of liked for a while. I have always been a voracious reader of news. So I came across the Time Magazine article in 1991 (“The Cult of Greed and Power”). I immediately lost all interest in pursuing $cientology courses. That article saved me a lot of grief later on.

Those of you who have experienced the best and worst of $cientology bring us a unique perspective. The testimony of former members is hugely important and can affect more people than you know.

  8. Donald Chitester says:

Remember me from a.r.s.?? I’ve been sick and haven’t had the energy to keep up with things. I ran from Boulder under pressure from people. Now I’m in Sacramento. Wishing I could find a home/job still and way too sick to enjoy life.

Strange to find you posting on Marty Rathbun’s site. Don’t you recognize that he’s an OSA volunteer/a critic impersonator? That’s so funny but so sad — the magnitude of the fair game some of those Scns have been pushed into seems so strident, but I guess the logic and the threats make an unbeatable combination. I’m lucky that nothing works on me hardly (except apple pie and ice cream). I see all those critics or anti-Church people on there falling for his deception. And the bits he puts on about helping people. They just don’t ring true.

It’s not so much that I care. I’m on the Church’s side because it’s good, however poor it might get. But there seems to be an alarming lack of clear perception on people’s part.

Do think about this. You’d be better off not being duped.

Take some time off, then write me back and tell me if I’m right.

    Phil

Re: Marty. A few scenes possible:
      Infiltrate and find enemies. Rinder to keep him company, help maybe;
      All or one on a mission from within to get rid of md, not working, use Deb;
One or all are straight, and just need more time.
I haven’t decided, so time and sense will tell. I’m having a blast watching the game(s), along with a thorough education.
I’m certain where you are and that’s nice – Light, loving spirit – appreciated!

    • Tory/Magoo says:

      Dear Phil,
Had *I* not lived through many, many, many MANY people (on ARS, remember?) saying THE Same thing about me…….I would feel as you do.
BUTT! One person, ONE person had the strength to NOT buy into
Scientology’s Black PR—-and he stayed in communication with me, despite people like you telling him I was a “Liar” and “OSA OP” etc. That one person……..staying in communication with me, vs going along with ALL the others—changed my life, forever. I’ll never forget that. As he said: “I’m just talking with her—they’re just words. They cannot hurt me”.
I feel the same re Marty and many others. Who they are is their business. What I say is mine. How you interpret it, that’s your problem.

I believe in love, connection, inclusion. I’m against labeling of people (as you just did), exclusion(as you just did) and know bests (as you just claimed to be). Life is Waaaaaaaaay too short for pettiness. I enjoy those who enjoy life…and try to help those stuck in the trap, as you seem to be. I offer you a hand—-step on out :) Love to you :) Tory/Magoo

    • ToryMagoo44 says:

      Phil,

I’m on the side of ANYONE getting people out of mind control CULTS.
The “church” of $cientology IS a mind control cult. Marty—whether you like him or not, is not the point. I’ve spent YEARS (way back since ARS) trying to get people to wake up, and get OUT of the Cult of $cientology.
PRE Anonymous, it took 1-2 years.
After Anonymous arrived, things sped up dramatically, around the world, including media.
Marty’s blog has given people a place to leap TO. Once out, more and more
can read, look, listen LEARN—-and bingo, many then finally leave it, altogether.
If you’re “in” The “church”—you wouldn’t see that as a plus, and of course would be against Marty or anyone else who is helping wake people up.

This isn’t a contest—it’s people TRYING to help people. C of $ is no longer about that, if you didn’t get the memo. Go LOOK in $cientology buildings. Why are they mostly EMPTY? Because of the SHIT ASS things they do.
The average person does not like their abuses.
      Love to you,

  9. Nadin says:

    Hello dear Tory!
Scheme Scientologi – is simple! No secrets for reason is a nejro-programming on an anchor “THETA”! Constant search in itself of the Greek letter “theta” on trans to a theta-wave 4-8 Hz.
The scheme of a trap of consciousness on “theta” – constant repeat “I am theta”.
Nejro-programming: excitation and braking of neurons, record “I am thetan!” It then operates the person!
Thanks for truth about psychological fascism of scientology. Soul = theta – true of the scheme of programming on “I am thetan”. People think that “spiritually” develop, and them roughly program on all trainings. Hours, days, years – one “theta” – the program c an anchor “theta”.
Notice in itself theta – theta – theta… it is a lot of theta. Very expensive Greek letter “theta” in a cult Scientology. “Theta” – an anchor for consciousness. ДУША (soul) it is equal “THETA” – the MAIN TRAP!
    Sorry bad to English.
    With love from Russia, Nadin.

    Hi Tory:)

It’s great to see that there are still people like you fighting against Scientology! I also want to join the critics and do something against Scientology and I have got an idea:

I have recently found this internet page about you on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tory_Christman. Unfortunately people can only read something about you in English! If you want me to translate it into German, please tell me.

Greetings from Germany and many, many hugs
    Julian:)

    • ToryMagoo44 says:

      Julian,

Hi :) That would be fabulous to have my Wikipedia page translated into German.
All I ask is IF some people who knows both English and German and Scientology find anything
that needs to be corrected, that we keep that line open, between you and I regarding such issues.

Thanks for the offer…let me know if you’re going to do it :)

      My best,

      Tory
PS: Make sure whomever IS doing it does so per the rules of WIkipedia. It should be fine if you
just translate it, AND there are some interviews I’ve done with German TV that you may be able to add.

      • Julian says:

        Hi:)

Of course I want to do it!:)

I only need a little bit of time to translate everything. I guess it will take all the weekend, but it’s definitely worth it! The idea of the link sounds great, I hope that somebody put the interview on the Inernet.

        Best wishes Julian:)

P.S.: I am going to send you the link of the German Wikipedia page as soon as I’ve finished translating it. :D

    • Tory/Magoo says:

      Julian,

I would *love* for you to translate it into German.
Please send me a copy of the Translation, before you post it, ok?
(My son speaks German and can make sure it translates correctly).
Love and thanks to you :) Tory/Magoo

Hey Tory, have you ever heard of Joel S. Goldsmith? You can check out his books on Amazon.

It’s proper food for the soul. His “Man Was Not Born To Cry” and “The Art of Meditation” might be very helpful for ex-scientologists floating around in confusion and struggling to heal.

Just felt like sharing. Take care :)

    Hi Tory,
I love your lecture series!! I have one question that I havent found yet in your videos. Who decides when you have graduated to the next OT level? You mentioned how you were on 7 for a long period and were struggling with it and they kept telling you to reread the text. I was wondering is there some type of standard test or does a “higher up” just randomly decide you have completed the level?Thank you Tory. Your story is so inspiring.

    Hi Tory!
Really big fan here :P tried to e-mail you but it doesn’t seem to be working :/ Anyways I used to work in a horribly oppressive chiropractic clinic run by Scientologists, and I literally escaped from them a few years ago. Drove by the clinic the other day and got the chills. Anywho, I’ve been reading things and watching videos in the past year or so and never realized how scary my situation actually was @.@ but I would really like to hop on the bandwagon and help out in any way I can. Do you know of any good websites or people that I can contact to know about protests or rallies in Oregon? I don’t know how anti-scientologists communicate considering the tactics the cult will use to fair game people etc., but if you have any useful information I would appreciate it :) also if you hear of anyone needing help in OR, I don’t have much money, but I have a car and an apartment, and I’m happy to help!
    Thanks a bunch!

Has anyone ever called you a moron?

The church of scientology fair game on you? Your retarded, If I ever met you then I would just laugh my ass off at how stupid you are. I am proud to be a scientologist because we don’t have to deal with moron’s like you.

SOOOOOOOOOOO Here is my new e-mail for ToryMagoo.org

  18. Mike says:

    Hi Tory,

I have a question for you. Do you ever think you will stop obsessing over Scientology? You can only go and make video’s over and over again about Scientology being a cult and how it hurts families. Enough video’s already? How many video’s does it take to send a message? We get it already you don’t like Scientology and have no cause to leave it alone already. As a Scientologist (mad hatter in the Sea Org) I cannot stop laughing at how you guys go and protest us only to give us more attention in the media. Let me put it this way, thank you guys for protesting us because people come in and wanna know what the fuss is about. What’s really dumb is you guys post videos claiming raids on Scientology and winning. What did you guys exactly win? I guess you guys won another day out in the sun. Am I right? Oh, and by the way… keep on lying in your video’s and putting on fabricated stories of your inside information. We laugh at your video’s all the time and have no doubts your a weak link. So very glad your not in Scientology because your a joke. It’s like this Tory, there are many of us and we are watching.

    P.S.

Tory have you heard the prediction of your beloved anonymous group of mole people this year. If not, then look it up!

  19. Kable says:

    Hey tory,
Just wondering your thoughts on the tom cruize/katie holmes divorce “rumors” ill call them since i dont exactly trust british tabloids (no offence)
But if they are getting divorced do you think it is because of Scientology, and do you think it would be best that katie got full custody of Suri to get her away from the path of scientology if kate does leave?
And do you think that slappy will try to impliment the “cut off all contact” rule with tom if katie does leave?
And roughly what do you think the ammount of money kate lost/would lose if she did leave the “church”
And… What is the possibility that you or mark get an interview with her? would Love to see it and hear about her expierences.

these are my personal thoughts. I think that kate did chose to leave scientology and that didnt bode well with tom. and in my personal opinion i think that it would be best that kate did get full custody of suri this way she wasnt forced into the contact cut off from her mother. (which tom will possibly be forced into, id imagine they wouldnt exactly want to push him, probabally ease him into it. or hint at the thought)

  20. Cowboys Journalist says:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2fn4SvE2uc&feature=relmfu – Other than another video on you-tube about Scientology, this has simply scared me the most. please view if you haven’t already. many thank to you and for clearly being such a wonderful girl at you do.

  21. Panadogs says:

We have been keeping up with your posts for years but now living in Panama enjoying watching Scientology unravel from afar. I was wondering in light of the email sent out to Scientologists about how to deal with TC and Holmes coverage, have they relented to their followers using the internet now? Sounds like a change of policy from the past restrictions on internet usage. Keep up the great work!

  22. Waternixie says:

Hey, Tory! I just wanted to applaud your efforts to expand awareness about Scientology among the viewing public. It sounds as though your awful experiences with the organization are horribly common and have been echoed again and again by people who have been abused by the cult. They seem to target those with low self-esteem, and the disenfranchised who feel powerless for whatever reason. By entry into the cult, you are made “special,” and are helping yourself and humanity in some way by superseding your desires, wishes, and thoughts, to those of the leader or the doctrine.

Now, I’m as Wiccan as a Maypole and am a great proponent of freedom of religion, but it seems to me than any organization that relies on fear, humiliation, threats and mind control techniques to extort money from its followers is an affront to human dignity and humanitarian ideals. It is even criminal, if what I have read about some of the cases of medical neglect resulting in death are to be believed. Though I have no personal experience with Scientology, the collected evidence and testimony of those who have emerged from the bowels of that hellhole are truly chilling and plenty convincing to any thinking, feeling person.

Keep fighting the good fight, Tory. People of intelligence and information support you!

    • ToryMagoo44 says:

Thank you, Waternixie :) That is a common misconception people have that cults only target “people who “low self-esteem,
and the disenfranchised, who feel powerless”. I’ve spoken w/ Cult experts who study CULTS and they say “Anyone can get
suckered into a cult if at the wrong place/wrong time”. Me? I was in college (as lots of peeps were back
then who got suckered “in”) and saw becoming an auditor as a faster way to help others than going to college,
Med school, etc. So I joined for *that* reason.

Granted, you’re correct they do what’s known as “love bombing”
and that in itself is infectious—but isn’t really the only reason people stay, by any means. (I can go to an Amway meeting
and get love bombed there, too, as well as many other places, including some TV).
I do think for many there stay, thinking that they ARE helping most of mankind, and as cult
experts say: “The 2 worst Cults are the Moonies and Scientology”. Why? “Because they build in traps, early on, so one cannot
look or talk with ex members”.

Yes! Their medical abuses *are* criminal—and hopefully one day they will be nailed to the cross for them.
IF their is an attorney who reads this and is up for taking them on, my case alone is a great one, and God knows w/ Putitive damages
tacked on, could do them IN. Love to you, thanks for caring! Tory/Magoo
